I must admit, visiting the Edinburgh Butterfly & Insect World is a most relaxing experience.
Its under glass, warm, humid and as you walk around amongst the gorgeous plants you are surrounded by flying butterflies and insects.
There is a fantastic stream right in the middle with fish swimming around. It's a great place to take the kids, so you can relax on one of the chairs which are neatly placed around the walkway.
